Introduction

According to Article 49.1 of the Law on the Legal Status of Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia, the Centre for Policy Research and Analysis with the function of studying the problems of the capital city’s development history, prospects, urbanization, urban development, population, and the environmental study included “research and analysis centre has been established for the capital city’s governor”.
